Background: 

Staff will present an update on the initial use of the i-Ready online assessment and instructional platform.

MVWSD has transitioned to the use of i-Ready Diagnostic assessments in Reading and Math for the 2019-20 school year. These assessments take the place of the former District benchmarks and provide teachers and families meaningful data to understand student strengths and best support student growth. In addition to the diagnostic assessments, the instruction program through i-Ready provides all students across the District with an interactive learning environment that provides individualized lessons based on each student's strengths and opportunities for growth.
