Background:
During the Stevenson Landscape Planting Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $18,900 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $9,016.99 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $9,883.01 with 100% of the project complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #1 will not exceed $9,016.99. A summary of Change Order #1 is attached.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for the Stevenson Landscape Planting Project.
