Agenda Item Title: MVWSD Site Monument Signage Project Change Order No. 1– Pacific Electric

Background:
During the Mountain View Whisman School District Site Monument Signage Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $33,150 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $75,499.64 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to ($42,349.64) with 95% of the project complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #1 will not exceed $75,499.64. A summary of Change Order #1 is attached.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for the Mountain View Whisman School District Site Monument Signage Project.
