Agenda Item Title: Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Change Order No. 2– Galeb Paving, Inc.

During the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $28,680 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $7,804 was approved January 10, 2019.
Change Order #2 for $8,336.09 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $12,539.91 with 100% of the project complete.
The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $8,336.09. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
