Agenda Item Title: Kenneth Slater New Campus Project Modular Two-Story Building Change Order No. 2 – Enviroplex, Inc.

During the Kenneth Slater New Campus Project Modular Two-Story Building, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $617,407.50 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $220,632 was approved on March 7, 2019.
Change Order #2 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $385,411.50 with 95% of the project complete.
The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $11,364. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
