Background: 

The District is in the process of revising Board policies at the recommendation of the California School Boards Association.

 

Board Bylaw No. 9110, Terms of Office has been revised to reflect new law that changes the date that terms of office expire for existing Board members and the date that new Board members take office to the second Friday in December. 



Fiscal Implication:
None.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve Board Bylaw No. 9110, Terms of Office, as presented.
