Agenda Item Title: Kenneth Slater New Campus Project Modular Buildings Change Order No. 3 – Enviroplex, Inc.

Background:
During the Kenneth Slater New Campus Modular Buildings Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $279,096 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $42,970 was approved on January 10, 2019.
Change Order #2 for $101,955 was approved on March 7, 2019.
Change Order #3 for $14,188 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $119,983 with 97% of the project complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #3 will not exceed $14,188. A summary of Change Order #3 is attached.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #3 for the Kenneth Slater New Campus Project Modular Buildings Project.
