Background:
In accordance with Education Code 42631, all payments from the various funds of a school district shall be made by written order of the governing board of the district.
Fiscal Implication:
The previous month's (June) activities will reduce the available funds respective site/department budgets by $9,692,971.31
The previous month's (July) activities will reduce the available funds respective site/department budgets by $8,286,348.21
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the Payroll Report and Accounts payable Warrant List, as submitted.
