Background: 
The YMCA has been a long-standing partner with the District to serve the students. Working with YMCA and site principal of Jose Antonio Vargas School, an agreement was reached to provide three (3) classrooms to the YMCA for the 2019-2020 school year.

Fiscal Implication:
The annual rental income for the 2019-2020 school year is $67,633.92

Recommended Action: 

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the agreement with YMCA (Sixth Amendment 2019-2020) to lease three (3) classrooms at Jose Antonio Vargas School for the 2019-2020 school year.
