Background: 
Consultant to provide coaching/mentoring services for new Chief Business Officer. This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date, and shall terminate upon completion of the Scope of Work, but no later than June 30, 2020.

Fiscal Implication:
Not to exceed $95,000

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Independent Contractor Services Agreement with Ron Wheelehan, as presented.
