Background:
On or about May 16, 2019, the Board of Trustees approved the initiation of revocation proceedings and the issuance of a Notice of Intent to Revoke and Notice of Facts in Support of Revocation to Bullis Mountain View, which was provided to Bullis Mountain View on or about May 10, 2019, in conformity with Education Code section 47606 (e) and 5 C. C. R. section 11968.2(d)(1).
Education Code section 47606(e) and 5 C. C. R. section 11968.5.2(f) required the Board to hold this public hearing on the issue of whether evidence exists to revoke the charter no later than 30 days after providing the Notice of Intent to Revoke to the charter school.

That the Board approve Resolution No. 050613, Resolution Of the Board of Trustees of the Mountain View Whisman School District Revoking the Charter of Bullis Mountain View and Making Written Findings in Support of Revocation, as presented.
