Agenda Item Title:  Resolution No. 01-053019, Support for Charter Schools Reform Act Legislation

Background: 
Legislation in support of the Charter Schools Reform Act are making their way through the legislature.  The Board will consider approval of a resolution in support of that legislation and a letter of support to be sent to legislators.

None.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve and adopt Resolution No. 01-053019 in support of reform of the Charter School Act and a letter from the superintendent to legislators in support of the reforms.
