Background:
CHAC has provided services to students in the Mountain View Whisman School District for many years. This Memorandum of Understanding is for the 2019-10 school year. CHAC will provide counseling services to students, parents and staff as needed.

That the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding with CHAC for the 2019-20 school year.
