Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion – Stevenson Elementary School Landscape Planting Project

On November 15, 2018, the Board approved the construction contract for the Stevenson Elementary School Landscape Planting Project from Measure G funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Lonestar Landscape, Inc. in the amount of $189,000.
Work on this project is now substantially complete.
The District currently holds retention in the amount of $9,450, or 5% of the contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
The Board approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Stevenson Elementary School Landscape Planting Project.
