Background: 
On December 20, 2018, the Board of Trustees of the district approved the charter petition from Bullis Mountain View (BMV).  Based on recent actions of BMV, the district wishes to issue a Notice of Violation Pursuant to Education Code Section 47607(d) to Bullis Mountain View.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve the Notice of Violation to be issued to the Bullis Mountain View charter school governing board pursuant to Education Code section 47607, subd. (c) and (d).
