Agenda Item Title: Approval of HY Architects Additional Service Request for the Portable Refresh Projects at Theuerkauf Elementary School and Graham Middle School

Background:
The Portable Refresh project includes renovation of the portable buildings at each of the two campuses. In February, the District expanded the scope of work at Theuerkauf Elementary School to include converting one of the standard classrooms into a kindergarten classroom with a new restroom. The District also expanded the scope of work at Graham Middle school to include conversion of all five portables into kindergarten classrooms.
Fiscal Implication:
HY Architects has presented an additional service fee proposal for the required services in the amount of $4,500. This proposal is within the established project budget for design contingency-Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the additional service fee proposal for HY Architects in the amount of $4,500.
