Background: 
The County Controller-Treasurer’s office conducted a review of the existing funds in the County’s financial system, and discerned the inactivity in Fund 4402 Mountain View-Whisman Building established on January 1, 1999 with no activity or balance since 2016.

Fiscal Implication:
None.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees adopt Resolution No. 01-030719 to Close Fund 4402 Mountain View-Whisman Building.
