The District has added several projects outside the current scope of work for Greystone West Company. Greystone West Company has provided a cost proposal to provide program management services for the Landels Elementary School All Inclusive Playground project.

Fund 21 - Bond Program
Fund 40 - Certificates of Participation Projects
Landels Elementary School All Inclusive Playground Project Fee - $24,252.45
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Greystone West Company Contract Amendment #4 for Project Management of the Landels Elementary School All Inclusive Playground Project.
