Background:
The Landels Elementary School Play Structure Project includes play area additions and associated site work. The scope of work requires the District to contract with an architectural firm for design services.
Fiscal Implication:
Dreiling Terrones Architecture, Inc. has presented a proposal for the required services in the amount of $69,847. This proposal is within the established project budget for design contingency-Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the fee proposal for Dreiling Terrones Architecture, Inc. in the amount of $69,847.
