Background:
The Board will consider for award a contract for the New Playgrounds at Castro & Stevenson Project.
On February 13, 2019, the District received contractor proposals for the New Playgrounds at Castro & Stevenson Project. Four (4) proposals were received and the apparent low responsive and responsible bidder is Terramark General Engineering Contractors, Inc. The District’s Measure G Bond Program manager, Greystone West, has reviewed the proposal for conformance with District and statutory requirements.
Fiscal Implication:
The contract amount will be $214,000 with all costs to be charged to the Measure G bond program.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the contract for the New Playgrounds at Castro & Stevenson Project to Terramark General Engineering Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $214,000 and authorize staff to issue a purchase order for the work.
