Agenda Item Title:  Process for Appointment of Board Representative to Bullis Charter School Board (20 minutes)

Background: 
The Board approved the charter petition for the Bullis Charter School at their December 20, 2018 meeting.  The district has the ability to appoint a representative to the Bullis Charter School board.  Trustees will have the opportunity to discuss the process for making that appointment.
