Agenda Item Title: Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Change Order No. 1– Galeb Paving, Inc.

Background:
During the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $28,680 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $7,804 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $20,876 with 100% of the project complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #1 will not exceed $7,804.00. A summary of Change Order #1 is attached.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Project.
