Background: 
The Registrar of Voters has certified the results for the November 6, 2018 General Election.  Pursuant to Elections Code Section 15400, the Governing Board must accept the Statement of Votes and Certificate of Election Results and declare the totals to be the final results of the election.

Fiscal Implication:
None.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board accept the Statement of Votes and Certificate of Election Results and declare the totals to be the final results of the election.
