Background: 

On November 1, 2018, the Board received the charter petition for Bullis Mountain View Charter School. Education Code 47605(b).  In accordance with Education Code section 47605(b), this public hearing has been scheduled on the provisions of the charter proposal to consider the level of support for the petition by teachers employed by the district, other employees of the district, and parents.
