Background:
The Roof Replacement and Repairs at Cooper Elementary and Crittenden Middle Schools Project includes design and project observation services. The scope of work requires the District to contract with an architectural firm for design services.
Fiscal Implication:
Skyline Engineering has presented proposals for the required services in the total amount of $61,700. The proposals for each site are within the established project budget for design contingency-Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the fee proposal for Skyline Engineering in the of $67,700.00
