Background:
The District has added several projects outside the current scope of work for Greystone West Company. Greystone West Company has provided a cost proposal to provide program management services for the school/site street monument digital marquee signage project.

Fund 21 - Bond Program
Fund 40 - Certificates of Participation Projects
Monument Signage Project Management Fee - $22,867.95
Recommended Action: That the Board of Trustees approve Greystone West Company Contract Amendment 3 for Project Management of the Monument Signage Project.
