Agenda Item Title: Award of Contract to Waters Moving & Storage, Inc. for the Huff and Landels Elementary Schools Library Moves Project (5 minutes)

Background:
The Board will consider award of a contract for the Huff and Landels Elementary Schools Library Moves Project. On October 29, 2018, the District received contractor proposals for the Huff and Landels Elementary Schools Library Moves Project. Three (3) proposals were received and the apparent low responsive and responsible bidder is Waters Moving & Storage, Inc. The District’s Measure G Bond Program manager, Greystone West, has reviewed the proposal for conformance with District and statutory requirements.
Fiscal Implication:
The contract amount will be $2,133.00 with all costs to be charged to the Measure G bond program.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the construction contract for the Huff and Landels Elementary Schools Library Moves Project to Waters Moving & Storage, Inc. in the amount of $2,133.00.
