Background: 
The Board will consider award of a contract for the Demolition and Paving for Crittenden Middle School Portable Removal Project. On October 8, 2018, the District received contractor proposals for the Demolition and Paving for Crittenden Middle School Portable Removal Project. Two (2) proposals were received and the apparent low responsive and responsible bidder is Premier Builders, Inc. The District’s Measure G Bond Program manager, Greystone West, has reviewed the proposal for conformance with District and statutory
requirements.

Fiscal Implication:
The contract amount will be $5,935.00 with all costs to be charged to the Measure G bond program.

Recommended Action: 

That the Board of Trustees award the contract for the Electrical Disconnect for Crittenden Middle School Portable Removal Project to Bear Electrical Solutions in the amount of $5,935.00.
