Agenda Item Title: Approve Amendment No. 2 of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract to Coulter Construction, Inc. for the Theuerkauf Elementary School Multi-Use Room - Increment 2 Project (5 minutes)

Background:
At the April 19, 2018 Board meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract to Coulter Construction, Inc. for the Theuerkauf Elementary School Classroom, Administration and Library Buildings – Increment 1 Project in the amount of $6,875,029 inclusive of the 10% contingency. The Board is now asked to approve the Amendment 2 to the facilities lease to reflect the addition of Increment #2 – Theuerkauf Multi-Use Building Addition and Modernization in the amount of $3,202,030 inclusive of the 10% contingency.
Fiscal Implication:
The amended Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract to Coulter Construction, Inc. will be $10,077,059 with all costs to be charged to the Measure G bond program.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Amendment No. 2 of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract for the Theuerkauf Multi-Use Building Addition and Modernization – Increment 2 Project and authorize the Superintendent to sign the Site and Facilities Lease Agreements.
