Agenda Item Title: Award Architectural Services Contract for the Castro/Mistral Play Structure to Dreiling Terrones Architecture (5 minutes)

Background:
The current play structure on the Castro/Mistral campus is undersized for the two schools to share, and there is a need to add a second play structure. School play structures require architectural services and Division of the State Architect (DSA) approval. Dreiling Terrones Architecture (DTA) proposed to perform those services. The construction schedule has completion of the new structure set for late March 2019.
Fiscal Implication:
Fund 21 - Measure G Bond Program
Dreiling Terrones Architecture, Inc. has presented a proposal for the required services in the amount of $47,077. This proposal is within the established project budget for design contingency-Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the architectural services contract for the new Castro/Mistral play structure to Dreiling Terrones Architecture.
