Background: 
At the last Board meeting, County Supervisor Joe Simitian addressed the Board concerning a below-market-housing (BMH) project in conjunction with the County of Santa Clara and neighboring school districts 

Fiscal Implication:
$600,000

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees direct administration to identify possible sources of funding in the amount of $600,000 to help fund the project and participate as a project partner.
