Background:
Education Code 35160.5, 48980 requires that the Board shall annually review Intradistrict Open Enrollment Policy No. 5116., explaining enrollment options that meet the diverse needs and interests of district students and parents/guardians while maximizing the efficient use of district facilities.
There have been no changes to the policy since last year.

Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Board Policy No. 5116. at first reading and waive second reading since there is no change to the policy.
